Testing approach
The release process includes automated checks, keyboard navigation, mobile and desktop browser inspection, heading and link review, and checks for named controls and iframe titles. Screen reader testing should be repeated after any major navigation, content, form, or embed change.
Third-party limitations
Calendly, Google Forms, Spotify, ChatGPT, and Good Combinator are third-party services. AiCoOpAI does not control their accessibility. The site provides context before those destinations and offers more than one way to begin a conversation where practical.
Report a barrier
Use the Connect page and identify the issue as an accessibility barrier. Include the page, the task you were trying to complete, the assistive technology or browser if relevant, and a way to follow up. Do not include sensitive personal information.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is treated as an operating requirement rather than a one-time score. Confirmed barriers should be prioritized by impact, corrected, verified, and recorded in the release notes.
